2. Phaco Solutions begins our service with a free comprehensive inspection of each and every handpiece. Upon your approval we will then begin any necessary repairs. All handpieces must pass all final outgoing inspections and testing before being returned.
3. Phaco Solutions’ focus is on giving our customers the highest quality repairs. Our staff of professional technicians have over 15 years of experience executing both major and minor repairs on an extensive range of Phaco Handpieces.
4. Phaco Solutions understands the importance of having your instruments back in a timely manner and that is why we guarantee a 24-48 hour turnaround time on all handpiece repairs. Our customers will receive their original handpiece fully repaired, not an exchange with a handpiece which has an unknown history. If an emergency situation occurs, we can offer a repair/exchange or a courtesy loaner to our customers (when available).
